Rockwool Mattresses is a precisely engineered bonded fiber insulation that offers maximum resistance to the passage of heat. Rockwool fibers are spun from selected rocks melted at a high temperature and bonded with a thermosetting resin. They are then felted in predetermined fiber lay patterns and are baked to form mattresses of a predetermined density and thickness with uniform fiber distribution. Mattresses are then stitched, slit, and chopped to specified dimensions. Rockwool Mattresses are economical and lightweight thermal insulation for hot face temperature, provide personnel protection, prevent condensation and reduce noise levels. Rockwool Mattresses are used for thermal insulation of pipes storage tanks, equipment, boilers, electrostatic precipitators, flues and ventilation ducts, ovens, furnaces, kilns, and fire insulation of fire doors.

The Stockiest of Supercera Boards and Blocks are made from super spun Supercera fibres by a multi-component organic/inorganic bonding process. Supercar Blocks and shapes are obtained by vacuum suction of a mixture of Supercera Ceramic fibres with organic and mineral binders. This vacuum-formed product can be moulded and cured into a wide variety of shapes to have a smooth inside surface and a rougher outside, as demanded by the application.

Supercar fibre boards, blocks and shapes are self-supporting with excellent stability at high temperatures, having high resistance to thermal shock and chemical attack. Supercar fibre boards, blocks and shapes can be rendered machinable to be sawed, drilled or machined, where required.
